On the week of your event, you will recieve a Booking Reminder email. This email will request a day + time for collection.
To have your order delivered right to your doorstep, select the:

** Please be aware we are not Australia Post. If a parcel does not arrive in time due to Australia Post, we will compensate via our channels of a Gift Voucher.

Last Minute Apparel now offers an Insurance Option to protect you from financial loss in the event of accidental damage.
A minimum seamstress fee can cost anywhere between $15 - $100.
Our $10 Insurance Option covers you for most potential damages that occur on a night out. Simply select 'yes' to the Insurance Option on a product's listing.
Our Insurance Option covers damages such as:
- Broken zips
- Minor material splits
- Small holes
- Broken straps
- Loose/lost buttons, jewels
- Soft stains
It's important to note that the Insurance Option does not cover damages that ruin a garment. If a garment is beyond repair, the full RRP will be charged. The Insurance Option is strictly available to clients upon booking a garment prior to the event date.
Please do not alter our hire garments in any way. Alterations may include safety pins, stitching, or applying heavy holly wood tape. By self-altering a hire garment, the Insurance Option is voided, and you may be charged the RRP if a replacement garment is needed.
By selecting 'no' to the Insurance Option, you will be held liable for all damage fees that occur during the hire period, including but not limited to:
- Any mending fees
- Any dry cleaning costs
- Missed hire bookings
If any damages occur, it is your responsibility to contact Last Minute Apparel immediately. Take images of the damage and include a brief description. The garment must still be returned on time. Last Minute Apparel will then assess the damages and charge appropriately.
Please be mindful of stamp ink, flicking back dirt, sitting on a dirty chair/floor, lipstick smears, red wine spillages, oil from food, and heaters.
Minor faults are nonrefundable.
Do not apply fake tan while wearing a hire garment.
Last Minute Apparel recommends applying fake tan at least 1 night before an event and showering. This is due to the potential permanent stains fake tans can leave on the material. We can easily detect if a client has applied tan while wearing a hire garment, and this may result in multiple dry cleaning fees or the RRP.

Term's & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the use of our dress hire services provided by Last Minute Apparel ("we," or "us"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our Services.
1. Dress Hire Agreement
1.1 By renting a dress from us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of the dress hire agreement. This agreement includes the agreed rental period, rental fees, delivery and return process, and any other applicable terms specific to your rental.
1.2 The dress remains the property of Last Minute Apparel at all times. You have no right, title, or interest in the dress other than the right to use it for the agreed rental period.
2. Booking & Rental
2.1 To book a dress, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your personal details (your full name, address, phone number), the correct event date, and any other information requested. If the parcel is being shipped to a business location, all necessary business information is required to enable a safe delivery including the businesses full name.
2.2 Dress availability is subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the dress you book is available for your desired rental period. In the event that the dress becomes unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
2.3 The rental period begins on the date entered on your order and ends on the date of return.
2.4 Rental fees and any additional charges (e.g., delivery, insurance) must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified.
3. Delivery & Return
3.1 If you have chosen the Express Return Shipping option, we will deliver the garment to the address provided during the booking process. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and accessible.
3.2 You must be available to accept the dress delivery at the supplied address. If you are not available, please notify us as soon as possible to arrange an alternative delivery day or address. You will not be entitled to any compensation from us of any nature of loss, damage or delay.
3.3 We do not refund orders delayed in the Australia Post system. If a tracking code shows clear evidence a parcel has been lodged on time (at minimum 1 day prior), and results in a delayed delivery, consequently missing a clients event, we will offer a hire fee Gift Voucher excluding postage fees. The garment must be unworn, and returned next business day.
3.4 Our team treat every garment with the utmost care. In the unlikely event, a faulty garment has been recieved you must notify us immediately. Failure to notify us immediately will lose any right to dispute the quality of the product or service. Send clear images of the area with proof of date & time. Depending on the severity of the damage, we may offer a discount code for future use or a Gift Voucher to compensate. On the occasion a Gift Voucher has been offered, the client is required to return the garment the same day.
3.5 The dress must be returned in the same condition it was received, free from any damage, stains, or alterations, unless otherwise agreed upon. We reserve the right to charge for any repairs or cleaning required to restore the dress to its original condition.
3.6 It is your responsibility to return your garment on time. For Adelaide clients, garments must be returned on or before Monday midnight to the same location as collection. For Express Return Shipping clients, parcels must be return lodged no later than Monday 12pm to a post office. Late fee/s of $20 per day will apply. In the event we lose a future order due to any delays, we reserve the right to charge additional hiring fees. You have 48 hours to pay the fees before they are handed to a debt collector. Recovery fees will be at the your expense.
3.7 You accept full responsibility for the garments safekeeping until it is returned.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
4.1 Cancellations made prior to the agreed rental period are subject to our cancellation policy. Orders needing to be cancelled will recieve a hiring fee Gift Voucher only.
4.2 Once an order has been placed, it is strictly non-refundable.
5.1 We reserve the right to charge you the recommended retail price (RRP) to replace a damaged or stolen garment. You will be given 14 days to pay the RRP in order to replace the garment. If unpaid, this fee will be passed onto debt collectors. The client is liable for recovery fees as well as our fee.
5.2 In the instance where a damaged garment can be repaired for an amount less than the RRP, we reserve the right to charge you this value. If the garment is booked for a back-to-back hire and cannot be fulfilled due to the delay in repair of the garment, you will be liable to pay an additional hire fee.
5.3 We advise you to be extremely mindful when using fake tanning products, perfume, makeup, liquid, stamps, cigarettes etc.
5.4 Prices of products, services and delivery are current at the time of issue. These prices may change at any time and are subject to availability.
6.1 It is your responsibility to be aware that we charge a bond prior to lodgement of any postal order. We are unable to send any parcel without a screenshot confirmation of a bond deposit. We cannot be held liable for late bond deposits therefor affecting postage timeframes. Refunds, exchanges or credits will not be offered to clients who ignore bond requests to the nominated email address.
6.2 A bond will be held by us for the return postage, hiring and laundering duration. If any Term & Condition has been breached, you will forfeit your right to a bond return and may be charged additional fees. If a bond is deemed refundable, it will be so via the same deposit mechanism after delivery and laundering are completed.
7. Gift Vouchers
7.1 Gift Vouchers may only be used on the service provided. For example, a hiring order Gift Voucher may only be used on a new hiring order. A hiring order Gift Voucher, is ineligible to be used on any retail items such as our hair clip range. Any orders placed will be cancelled and refunded.
8. Liability and Indemnity
8.1 You acknowledge that the dress may not be entirely free of defects, and we cannot guarantee its suitability for any specific purpose. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of the dress, except where required by law.
9. Privacy and Personal Information
10. Modifications and Termination
10.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
10.2 We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services without prior notice or liability for any reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
