  5. Recieve a ' Last Minute Apparel Booking Reminder ' a few days prior to your event
  6. Deposit any potential bonds
  7. Collect/ recieve your hire garment
  8. Wear your hire garment
  9. Simply return your hire garment unwashed

    CAN I BOOK A TRY ON?

    Adelaide clients are welcome to book a try on appointment commencing from Tuesday - Saturday. To book in please contact us with all necessary details. 

    Please be aware that not all garments will be on our racks on one given day. It is best to be open-minded and to have a few options in mind. LMA do not reserve garments for try ons. First in, best dressed. 

    It is extremely important to show up on time. Your time slot has been picked to fit in with our schedule, other clients bookings and the availability of certain garments. Clients that choose to not show up, neither contact LMA ahead of time will be cancelled after 30 minutes and be indefinitely blocked from hiring. Please respect our time as we respect yours. It is the client's responsibility to notify LMA of any lateness or cancellations. 

    If you do not want to take the risk of missing out, clients may wish to reserve a garment for a future date on our online store. Securing a hire is only possible through the full payment of a garment's hire fee. This fee is nonrefundable.

    Unfortunately, interstate clients are not able to try on garments via a postage option at this stage of time. We apologise for any inconveniences.

     

    HOW LONG CAN I RENT A PIECE FOR?

    A hiring duration depends on LMA's return day terms. If you require a longer time period please contact us. Extra fees may apply. 

    Try on clients are welcome to take their garments straight after a try on appt for the upcoming weekend on the condition Last Minute Apparel does not require the garment prior to the event. Garments must then be returned no later than the following Monday before midnight. Late fees apply

    Online collection clients are automatically sent our ' Last Minute Apparel Booking Reminder ' email a few days prior to their selected event date. If you have not heard from us by Friday, ensure to check your junk mail then contact us. Weekend clients will be asked to select Friday or Saturday for collection. Garments must then be returned no later than the following Monday before midnight. Late fees apply.

    WHAT DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE PRIOR TO TAKING A DRESS HOME?

    All clients must supply a debit/ credit card or proof of identification prior to securing a booking. These cards will be scanned and kept in Last Minute Apparel's records for security. We do not charge bonds to Adelaide clients unless staff see fit to do so.

     

    WHY CAN'T I SELECT MY DATE?

    Often this means the particular piece is already booked - however cancellations often occur. If you are after a last minute booking please contact us and we can further assist. 

     

    PAYMENT METHODS

    Our website accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard. The Last Minute Apparel store has EFTPOS facilities however a chip is required. Cash is also welcome.

     

    CAN I GET A REFUND?

    Please be extremely mindful upon securing a hire with Last Minute Apparel. As per our Terms & Conditions, we do not offer refunds. An exchange or credit will be given within 12 hours of payment. It is the client's responsibility to note this before securing. Please do not expect our policy to change.

     

    AM I REQUIRED TO CLEAN THE GARMENT?

    Garments arrive to clients fresh, ironed and cleaned. 

    Prior to returning, do not attempt to launder your garment. This often can make stains worse and permanent. Last Minute Apparel take care of all laundering.

     

    I DAMAGED THE GARMENT

    Contact LMA straight away.

    Forward images of the damage with a brief description. It is important to still return the hire garment on time. Last Minute Apparel will then assess the garment for damages. Mending fees, dry cleaning fees or the RRP may be charged. 

     

    AM I REQUIRED TO PAY A BOND?

    Postage hire clients will be charged a $50 - $100 bond per hire piece. Bonds are non-negotiable. LMA do not charge bonds to Adelaide collection clients unless staff see fit to do so.

     

    I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER  

    Please contact us if you no longer require your booking. Last Minute Apparel, unfortunately, do not offer refunds. Exchanges/ credits are offered within a 12 hour period commencing from payment. We highly apologise for any inconveniences. 

    If a client cancels their order but changes there mind -  if there is an acceptable amount of time, Last Minute Apparel may be able to ' recreate ' the order, however, cancellations are final. You may reorder online if the appropriate garment is still available.

     

    WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS UNABLE TO BE FULFILLED?

    Last Minute Apparel will either offer:

    • Refund
    • Store Credit
    • Exchange
    A refund will be submitted within 48 hours however dependant on your bank, the fee may take some 3 - 5 business days to process.

     

    WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T WEAR THE GARMENT?

    Last Minute Apparel, unfortunately, cannot offer any sort of refund, exchange or credit if a client chooses not to wear the secured garment to an event. Please hire with caution!
